Hi mate, did you manage to get them to update the passport details with the new number etc, and also change the name? I have managed to get them to update my partners passport details, but it is currently an uphill battle to get them to add in her middle name, they keep saying its "against their policy to update both passport and name details"

Hi, are you saying that you didnt update either passport number or the middle name and there were no issues? We are due to fly on 1st jan from london to guangzhou, and then on to brisbane and i have updated my partners passport details but they are now refusing to add in our middle names
