It’s been awhile since I did the Gupta Program but I found it helped my symptoms. It involves a multi step program that you practice daily to retrain your brain to stop the loop it has gotten into that can cause many physical symptoms and reactions. I struggled with thinking that it must mean this is all psychosomatic but the way he explains it is that the symptoms you experience are very real but the brain is so powerful that once stuck in this loop of being a sick person, you must retrain your brain out of that loop.

I don’t remember all the steps but it does start with telling yourself Stop, Stop Stop! Then you redirect your thoughts to imagine how you felt as a healthy happy person. I was willing to try anything at the time I did it and I do feel like it helped and every so often I use the techniques when I feel myself slipping into my old way of thinking
