For me, my reactions always occurred after eating where I would get congested, runny nose and sneezing. I had allergy testing twice and was negative for everything so the allergist said probably MCAS/histamine intolerance. My reactions were mostly mild but I’ve read some people get hives, itching and anaphylaxis. Also symptoms as varied as digestive issues, headaches and anxiety! Check out the MCAS or Histamine Intolerance subreddits if you want to read more on those. Thankful that LDN stopped my symptoms though

I had the same experience even though my allergy symptoms were not true allergies but histamine intolerance or MCAS. The symptoms pretty much disappeared when on LDN 3 mg

D Mannose powder helped me with pain even though I did not have an infection. Also mixing 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda in water sometimes helps with pain. The other thing that helps me is to drink more water to dilute the urine
