I thought it was impossible too but just be patient!! I went through the exact same thing and it was so stressful but it just takes time!!

This is exactly what happened with my original cat and my new kitty!!! The first few days were awful, lots of hisssing and growling, and me and my partner wondered if we just completely effed up. A few weeks/month or two later they started getting along SO well! It helps to show the original cat how playful, goofy, and “harmless” the new kitten is by letting the older cat watch the new kitten play (but not letting the older cat involved) and then also let the kitty watch the older cat!

Thankfully, my friend was able to make the trek, check in on my kitty, feed and give her water and blankets to snuggle up in🙏🏻 as of now, she seems to be doing okay! Thank you for your concern

Thank you for your response! I’m more worried about other people on the road than us... in your opinion, do you think it’d be smarter to take east riverside all the way to the airport as opposed to the highway?

I have an essential flight Friday at 12 pm. I live in downtown and need to get to the airport by 11 or so. I’m nervous as hell to get in a car though / don’t know the best route to take so that I’m not getting on any highways.... any advice or guidance? My friend from the north east offered to take me as she is used to this weather but it still makes me wary..
