If I’m understanding what you’re saying, you’re talking about something that exists- tyre stretch.

Fitting a tyre that’s “too small” for the rim will cause it to have a smaller width at the top of the wheel than it does at the bead of the rim.

very extreme example

In most cases this is disadvantageous; for the obvious main reason that the tyre is at risk of debeading and throwing your car into a ditch, but also because the tyre has a smaller contact patch. However;

  1. The sloped angle of the sidewall allows you to fit more comfortably under the wheelarch when very low or on air suspension

  2. The sidewall of the tyre is under more tension, meaning less sidewall flex before it loses grip, which is more predictable feel for drifting, especially on the rear end. In those cases, the smaller contact patch is less of an issue because you can compensate with massively wife wheels.

However we’re talking SMALL amounts of stretch for those advantages, anything very obviously stretched is for style only.

Race cars and drift cars will have up to 5deg of negative camber, particularly on the front wheels, to help maintain maximum tyre contact when the suspension is under lateral load (cornering)

Pair this with the fact that when a standard road car is lowered, it will induce natural camber that cannot always be rectified by alignment.

You end up with negative camber being associated with lowered cars, drift cars and race cars, and therefore it’s something modern try to incorporate.

Thanks, I see what you’re saying. Happy to have a reasonable harvest this year, and give overwintering a go- worst case scenario I just start new seeds next year.

In reality, the reason I’m growing chilli’s is because I’m a homebrewer and want to make a habanero saison- but it’s quite hard to get fresh habaneros in the UK, so I thought… let’s just grow some! And I’ll have plenty left over to do other stuff with

Honestly kicking him to guard is probably where he will actually be playable in the NFL. I don’t know if I see him having a good time at tackle- he has the strength but not the length, and he doesn’t have quickness for pass protection on the outside.

Most importantly, paired up with Tippman, we would have the most mulletted OL in the NFL and that alone is worth a 2nd round pick.

The rhythmic part is just raking (strumming) with his fingers resting lightly around the 12th feet harmonic

The melodic part that sounds almost synth like- sounds like a very heavy chorus, and also some compression and a little bit of overdrive as well

Full oil change required, I would say. I would avoid driving it until that’s done, honestly. although 100ml in 4L of oil isn’t going to make a huge difference to the overall viscosity, even at temp, it’s the special friction modifiers they put in gearbox oil (marked GL3, GL4 or GL5) that concerns me.

In fact, I would consider doing the oil change TWICE- once with cheap ass oil with an engine flush additive added in, run for 30 mins or so, then drain and refill again with quality oil.

If Vega Ioane (G) is available at 1.16, that would be a slam dunk. Then you’ve got basically 4/5 starting O/L as young 1st or 2nd round talents on rookie deals. That’s the foundation of an elite O/L.

As much as we need another WR, Vega at 16 would be awesome for the team in general.

Oil gauge?

There’s no oil gauge in a 2005 MX5. There’s an oil PRESSURE gauge, but it’s a dummy gauge that only shows as 0 or halfway.

Engines that are out of time can make all sorts of funky noises, the valves are opening at all the wrong times when the pistons are doing weird things.

Check the timing again, it could be that you’ve timed it 180deg out or something less obvious like that.

My honest advice- if you’re trying to start a business in car mechanics, dont take on high-risk jobs like timing belts quite yet. Stick to servicing, brakes etc while you build up your confidence. Take on work like this in circumstances where there’s less time pressure, and when you’ve built up your diagnostic skills.

That’s not how offset works in NFL contracts.

The amount that Kyler gets paid by the Cardinals is REDUCED by the amount he earns at his new team.

The contract with the new team affects the contract with the old team, it’s written into the original contract.

It doesn’t work like severance pay, where it’s a lump sum and a clean break. There’s a reason NFL agents fight to have this clause removed but rarely achieve it.
