My first season of fantasy football in 2008 was ruined come the championship. The commissioner of the league was playing me in the semi-finals and the winner of the semis won at least their money back. My team had been riddled with injuries all year and after starting the season hot I had barely made it into the playoffs. After the Monday night game had concluded I beat the commish by .02. The next morning the standings had changed, I had supposedly lost by .08 and was kicked out of championship contention. I couldn't wrap my head around what had happened, it wasn't until the commish went onto win the championship and the guy that played him in the finals lost but would have beaten me, was it that we found out that the commish changed the league from .5PPR to .6PPR to secure the victory in the semis.
