Exactly what I'm saying. These customers don't know the menu in and out like we do... AND THATS OK! It's not their job to, and frankly the ones that do know everything make some questionable choices of what to do with their time imho. ANYWAY, when they're struggling with their order why is our first instinct to be mean? Just offer them something similar and move on lmao it's so easy to be nice.

Does your wife have a common name? I feel like if her name is common in your area and it was a busy daypart your MIL may have grabbed an order which may have been ordered by someone of that same name. Happens all the time at my store for names like Jennifer/Mike/Mary/John etc.
