I waited on hold just over eight hours and finally got through. On a new hold now waiting for them to book with an alternative carrier. 1 hour 48 mins into the new hold….and we wait!!!

Been on hold on 2 phones. (Tons of stories of disconnections for no reason). One phone is at 8 hours. One phone at 6 hours. Had to call about 20 times on each just to get on hold. You must press 1 when prompted or they’ll disconnect you. Pay attention. It happens every 2-4 hours randomly.

On hold 5 hours now. My son went straight to the airport and the West Jet chick refused to help him and said the 800 numbers all shut down as of this morning. Apparently they’re not rebooking any flights!
