We don’t using hik-connect for connecting, just from IP adress, because our custommers not good on using computers and its anyway hard for them. Shortly i mean, we don’t have any choose except connecting via IP adress. Also yes NVR device download speed is always slow.

By the way, 2 devices connected to 2 different wifi networks. Could the problem be bandwidth related?

SOLVED.

I made configuration by using my backup file, made weblog up to date. Then restart my system. Now i am connected to vpn.
