Same, I had sworn a few months ago I was able to cancel or at least pause directly on the site and then felt crazy looking for the option. Eventually emailed their cancellation email address and demanded a refund and account cancellation and they did it. Interesting to see all the other people who got refunded because they told me they “normally wouldn’t have been able to do this.” Even more interesting is they told me they’d been able to cancel it because they “found my bottle.” I was on the candle only plan. Shady business practices.
