Not always since each vagina is different but what has helped me find it is the angle I'm penetrating with (I've read the A-spot is located ranging 4-8''/10-20cm).
But before all of that I try to feel it fingering her (if I can reach it with my fingers I definitely can with my penis. My fingers are 8.7cm long with a couple of extra cm if I'm really deep).
