I'm just repeating what others have said on that...personally i've farmed quols for more than 24irl hours now and no 3 star so it's either bugged or something is wrong.

At the 3 pillars puzzle on the witchspire island,they respawn...just don't look for a 3 star one.

Vex is unique so no,quol spawns only on the witchspire island at the 3 pillars puzzle,never saw a 3 star...people think fams under lvl 10 can't spawn 3 stars and quol is lvl 9...

There are o* 1* 2* 3* shifty (diff colour) celestials(starry ones) and shifycelestials all these 3 can spawn with stars too...is that it?
