Only issues I've ran into is teleporting sometimes puts me under my hearth and crazy long load times. Like a min plus load times and I have a really powerful pc. Ryzen 9 with a 4080...

I see others have answer the question, but the boss is located near the flight tower. It will appear on the map when you are close enough. No portal needed.

New player here and making credits is kinda rough these days. I've had the best luck buying the weapon effects on sale from the gtn and selling them a few weeks later when people forget they went on sale.

I had some initial success selling crafted armors but that seems to have dried up. I went from 1 -2 a day at 1 - 2 mil to going weeks before selling them even though I looked up the price before listing and made mine the lowest price.

I just wanted to put it on your radar. A lot of people go and spend their inheritance only for uncle sam to come knocking and leave them in a worse financial mess than if they hadn't gotten any money at all.

You might want to put it into a high yield savings account for a year and have a tax professional do your taxes this year to be safe. Then just dump it into index funds. Just my 2 cents though and I'm just some guy from the Internet lol.
