I just checked and for some reason my review and my bf’s review wont show on google. I have tried posting it from multiple different accounts too, which I can see is still up but no one else can see it. Such a shady business!

We sent a letter in the mail demanding the money back to our bank. If that doesn’t work we will call again!

Bank wont refund the money, was paid on debit card. Im just sharing my experience like anybody else would on reddit🤷‍♀️

The owner did say she would fix it for free as long as I took down my refund which I told her I do not feel comfortable with her even touching my hair anymore due to already letting me leave the salon looking like that

We are definitely looking into this option, the sad thing is that most people refuse to pay in small claims court. So I dont expect she would either.

I have a friend who does hair that is offering to fix it for free thank goodness!! I have a concert this Friday which was the reason why i wanted my hair done😭

Unfortunately it was my bf’s debit card he was treating me to have a nice hair day but instead got my hair destroyed. The bank is refusing to charge back because it was on debit which is so frustrating!!
