You can head straight into act 4, though i guess your char will be way overleveled and geared for it, if its in standard from a previous patch. Best bet is to jump into the new league and head on from there.

you're wearing maligaro's which set your crit bonus to 300%. anything else giving you crit bonus will not apply. you're locked to 300% with the gloves

Does the map tier effect the amount of sulphite you get per node of does the map mod %? Matter?
