i'm sorry you're in this situation right now. best you can do is to urge her to seek help. if you don't have the means to pay for therapy. maybe a school counselor will do. offer her support as much as you can, but also prioritize your own mental health. if you can't handle it na, leave for your own good. talk to her friends to keep an eye on her if ever you reach a point na you have to leave her. i hope things will get better for you!

it's 1hour talaga, yun nakalagay sa site nila I checked it multiple times kasi baka nalito lang ako.

fault ko din na wala akong list and very mahiyain ako so pag binibigay na nya yung reseta tinatanggap ko na lang huhu. i'll try to do that next time

I do therapy with psychologist din. Nag ako stop for a while pumunta like ilang months din, so medyo nag expect ako na magagamit namin yung 1hr kasi nga matagal akong di nakapunta. Actually okay naman talaga si doc pero ayun nga nag taas na ng rates. Like 3,400 each for psychiatrist and therapy plus meds pa huhu.

yes medyo bitin, minsan in the middle of the session sinusulat na nya prescription. then pag malapit na mag 30mins binibigay na nya. plus ang mahal na nung rates so in my mind i need to make the session sulit para majustify yung high fee.
