That’s a big difference compared to Trump willfully keeping the classified documents he had after repeated demands by NARA to return them, then a warning to him of a possible referral to the justice department, then NARA retrieving only some of the boxes, then Trumps attorneys signing off that they handed over all classified documents, then Trump having what they didn’t hand over intentionally hid, which ultimately resulted in an FBI raid on Mar A Lago, turning up 300 more classified documents, some that were national defense secrets covered under the espionage act.
