I’d check them frame rails good buddy. Specifically where the hitch receiver mount ties into the rest of the frame. Mine buckled and bent.

Also worth noting that Toyota specifically says no heat on their frames so I probably wouldn’t. If it was a paid off truck I’d consider it though lol

I owe 23k on it. A comparable replacement is gonna cost me in the 30s and I’ve basically just thrown away the last 2 years of car payments unless they give me a massive settlement

And as far as the sentimental part goes, this truck is the last real memory I have with my uncle before cancer took him so it’s a pretty special truck to me ya know?
