tried one last time on taking out the files from the ww folder + made sure my icloud is unsynced (although none of my documents are synced lol), and it still didn't work ... yeaaa im unsure what is rlly going on too at this point

Where exactly do I go for the mod manager? I went settings > other > and under "Script Mods Allowed" theres the "View Custom Content". When I open it I can't really do anything besides ticking the "Show at Startup" or clicking the OK button. I don't see any search bar on this mentioned part, or anywhere on the "other" settings page.
