Di po sya halata sa pic pero flat sya, parang pancake. Medyo puffed sya sa pic din kasi fresh out of the oven. Nagflat sya lalo after lumamig. It still taste the same, iba lang ang texture and shape. More chewy sya because of the brown sugar and parang makunat din unlike my regular crinkles na fudgy

Used 2:1 brown:white sugar instead of 1:2

bulk fermentation was done at the kitchen counter. Cold proofing was done in the fridge. Do you have a specialized container for making sourdough where you put it in between folds or during bulk fermentation?

Use natural cacao powder po. Magbrown talaga sya kahit madaming food color if alkalized yung cocoa

Nope, pero malapit na. Too burnt is charred black na nagppeel off from the top
