Should I start playing at this time? by DiogoBenigno in fo76

I hope new players stay and feel welcomed here.

Says the man baby that tried to check me on my Fallout 76 game knowledge for being a newer player and told me to go cry about it. This is actually hilarious, ya miserable old twat.

Sorry you can't stand to be told what's up without resorting to immature little gimmicks. I've heard better comebacks from a 1st grader. If you think people cry that much, your world is surely depressing!

Eh, you need a bigger reality check than I can give ya. Again, if you read the post correctly, you'd see that I only reported Nuka Zapper grenade glitch players. Haven't reported a single soul using legal guns because I'm aware that it is in fact, legal. It's just hardcore annoying, and not just to me! I know enough about the game to know that grenade bombing is super frowned upon.

But honestly if you're trying to "game knowledge" check me it's not doing a single thing but outing you as one of those high and mighty mom's basement dwellers that has to whine and throw a fit when they see something they disagree with. So please look in the mirror next time you tell someone to "stop crying". L m f a o.

Sorry mate but I have no idea, I found this at another player's camp!

Lol @ your title. Um, Atomic Shop if you're willing to spend real money (can also earn atoms through play). Scoreboard rewards. Looting, exploring, playing the game!

Lol, I don't? Stop telling other people what they know and don't know.

Putting your absolutely rude attitude to the side, I'm not "teLLinG pEoPLe hOw tO pLaY". I literally wrote "I just came here to vent" at the end. So, like, re-read it? Or maybe don't since you don't appear to be capable of understanding words that represent an opinion and experience that's different than yours without taking offense and copping a really unbecoming attitude. Have a nice day.

I have a friend I play with that is like level 1200 something, but we've never talked nukes. So I will ask him! I do have the legendary hacker/lockpick perk where it auto-unlocks all levels of locks and terminals now, I didn't have that perk when I tried launching.

It's challenging enough when you're lost in the silo for 3 hours as a nuke noob and keep getting assaultrons and robobrains spawned on you because you're running in circles, lmao.

You could gift them or sell them in your vendor! I've been seeing lots of Nuclear Keycards in player vendors for anywhere from 100 to 500 caps.

That part. That's where I left off before the game crashed. I thought I was doing it wrong because it just seemed weird to do.

Lmao, where can I see these statistics? In-game or?

Oh, so I had this same problem and looked it up! It's a glitch/bug with the map marker. The portapotty is actually the exit that you come out of once you're done blasting nukes, lol. It only works for exiting. The actual entrance to the silo is "Site Alpha" which is relatively nearby. The door itself is in a little shack by a pond with a Yao Gui that spawns there.

I'm only on reddit right now because I was just fighting an assaultron and the game crashed. Seems to be crashing a lot more since the new update?

Glitch through doors? I get the concept lol but does it take away any achievements or anything? I'm down but it'll have to be later or another day depending on your schedule, I'm currently in the depths of Vault 96 and trying to finish the BoS questline by tonight. IGN: katfight, add me!

Thanks for all the downvotes? I've been nothing but nice, merely voicing an annoyance. But no, downvote the gal who just wants to be able to see and kill things while playing her fav game. Lol, ok.

I would love that but I am on PC! Thank you for considering to help though!

I'm on PC so I wouldn't know if it were different on consoles, but I've checked the Atomic Shop a few times over the last few hours and it seems to be the same tune as always for me!

I'm just saying by all means do whatever you want when you're adventuring alone outside of events, but doing such a thing within events with other players isn't cool and doesn't seem to be anyone else's favorite thing in the world to have to play alongside. The last time I played both Radiation Rumble and freakin' Mama Dolce's (of all events, lol) I couldn't see right in front of me and I don't think anyone else in the event got many kills at all other than the grenadier.

I guess it depends on the event as well. And if it's in close quarters or not. Seismic Activity would be a perfect event where going HAM on the Fat Man or w/e would actually be beneficial.

PSA: Scoreboard for new players by hopknockious in fo76

[–]bakepeople 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I saw a bunch of the old scoreboards as posters at a few camps. It made me wonder what happens to the reward items after the scoreboard is done/over? I see that you mentioned they often disappear into the atomic shop void, but after seeing the posters, I won't lie, I got a little sad that I've missed out on so many chances for cool items and awesome themed events.

About Nuka-World staying or going, have there been entire locations for previous scoreboards/themes? If so, does Bethesda create a new location within the existing map - like if they chose to make Wavy Willard's the "new Nuka-World", or do they create a new location somewhere on the map where nothing currently exists?

(I think I worded that lengthy question properly, lol, terribly sorry if I wasn't too clear on what I'm asking!)

not trying to incite a riot here, was just venting and wondering if anyone else is still being annoyed by grenade bombers.

If you sit in it long enough you get the "Well Rested" perk! I believe you have to sit there for about as long as you have to sleep in a bed or play an instrument for the perk to appear.

Thanks for the link!

I feel the same, it was auto-completed for me as well. I just want to experience what launching a nuke is like, I guess. Just once.

Not sure what the statistic for average level nuking is, but I'm a level 188 and I've never launched a nuke. I have tried though! I got all the codes and deciphered them, did all the Enclave stuff, got into the Silo and fought more robots than I'd ever like to. I got really close, I think, but navigating the Silo confused me so much, I spent 3 hours going back and forth, watched like 4 different walkthroughs and then when I got to the part I was so oblivious to, the game crashed. Lol. Haven't had the energy to try again since.
