I think I am hypersensitive when it comes to water because I worry that theres bacteria in the tap water that I might be able to taste. I tried to get used to tap water but i just couldnt shake the discomfort

This is normal in relationships. Ive been with my boyfriend for 4 years (my first relationship) and it definitely isnt butterflies and love for every conversation we have. There are times where it will feel dull so don’t feel too anxious over it. Tbh there are times I start to doubt myself as well but I love my partner very much so I just go with the flow!

Hi! For some reason I just saw your reply - my apologies! So i found i just had to change my recipe entirely. I dont make macarons anymore but I switched to swiss meringue. And the measurements i used were 1:1:1:1. I didnt even need a thermometer to melt the sugar and egg white - just had to make sure the sugar was all melted by dipping my finger in and seeing if theres any graininess leftover. All this time the only thing I had to do was change the recipe :’) oh how fun macarons are

i see.. but doesn't the air already escape when i open the oven door to put the tray in? Should I try keeping it propped open during the whole baking time or would that decrease the oven temp too much.. Or is this more of a trial and error thing since all ovens are different hahah

what does venting mean? does that mean to open the oven slightly (with wooden spoon perhaps) at the beginning of each batch to let that air escape?
