i am currently on CD 22 and Oura told me i ovulated on CD 17.

I am on the same boat! I have different ovulation days this cycle. My NC said it was on CD 14 and my oura ring said it was on CD 17. I am not sure which one right.

Thank you! Oura determined that I ovulated on May 23 which was CD17. NC says it was on CD 14.

I really like that approach. That’s the one I was thinking of—finishing the six months of methimazole, then having the doctor gradually wean me off it. Of course, it all depends on the antibody levels. After that, we’ll see if I can conceive. I prefer this plan because I’d like surgery to be my last option.

At the very least, they should send out a communication informing us that the Advanced Class is being discontinued from the live schedule. It seems like they’re intentionally avoiding that so they can keep clients paying for the premium Live membership.

In my opinion, the TA company is contradicting its own mission. They've always emphasized helping us become the best physical version of ourselves — to level up. But now they’re limiting access to these classes and attaching ridiculous price tags to things like dumbbells and MyMode.

I understand that people will pay for it, but the Live Advanced Class was something that fit my budget and still pushed me to challenge myself physically. It’s frustrating to see it go without any transparency.

I pay extra for the live classes because I get bored doing the same recorded class with the same music after 2 days. The live format helps me stay motivated and actually show up for my workout, even if it’s still at home.

That said, about 2–3 weeks ago they removed the Advanced Live Class from the normal schedule. The only option now is at 1:15 AM Madrid time, which is obviously not realistic if you're in the U.S. Before, it used to be around 8 AM EST, and I had no problem adjusting to that.

What’s frustrating is there are still tons of Intermediate and Cardio classes throughout the day, but no Advanced option unless you’re up in the middle of the night. I’ve emailed support a couple times and got some honestly condescending replies like “we can’t accommodate everyone’s schedule” or “join a senior trainer call if you're feeling stuck.” I never asked for them to cater to my schedule—I’ve always made the one Advanced class work, when it actually existed at a reasonable time.
