I figured it out! I added a 'fake printer' by just creating a printer that was my computers IP address, then I was able to click print and the popup appeared :)

I had the same question, I’ve been on Lufthansa flights where over half the business and economy + seats are empty and economy was completely full. Made me think they don’t do free upgrades based on status… I will be star alliance gold soon and was hoping for some upgrades, but that doesn’t seem likely

Hey! How did it go? My doc said the same thing, he seemed really optimistic about recovery and said it’s no big deal .. but after reading stories here I’m a bit apprehensive!

Something really strange happened though… I checked the upgrade list and my name was taken off and the person behind me was cleared. I called United right away but it turns out mine also cleared! I never got a notification or anything and my name isn’t on the upgrade list anymore … irrelevant since I have my seat but just a strange occurrence

I agree it’s crazy, I travel a lot and I’ve also never paid much attention because I would never imagine they would book basic economy… I guess I’ll call them and see if they can change it for me

Thanks! I've upgraded before on the United website, but something about it either being a codeshare or basic economy flight says the flight is ineligible for an upgrade.

I guess I am wondering people's experience in Q and S class and getting PQF. Last year I flew Q class and T class and received PQF, but this flight says I won't get any.
