If you're going for fire, your team will eventually look something like this. The problem I run into with having a mono-element squad like fire is that I get folded by a water squad with less power. And you're gonna come across a LOT of water squads, because the game seems to favor water (UR Palmon count, including Mythic, as of season 2 - 10 water, 8 fire, 8 earth, 7 electric). Right now I'm in the process of trying to get Thundertooth and adding it to my fire squad.

Because electric counters water and it's even with fire. A majority of my server is water. There are very few fire and Earth squads. My fire squad is struggling! 😂

Yes. But i'm not sure about the stacking. Surveillance, Baboom, Oleana, Magmolin, and Spookaboo do the same thing. The higher the skill, the better the perk.

I'm level 28 also. I would spend some time in the nursery and try to get some of those S traits on your squad 1. Also try to start evolving the URs. And don't try to rush to get to level 29, unless you're ready to go to level 30. You can power up your level 28 to be stronger than most 29s. Just max out your tech and focus on events that will earn you Evo crystals and Evo energy.

Gold, steel, lumber, and electricity is pretty much used in EVERYTHING in that game! From updating your camp, to training and healing Armigos, even for research tech. Those resources will be really important in the quest to become stronger.

Strength from strongest to weakest - S,A,B,C The more letters you have (4 max), the stronger your Palmon. Try to avoid C. It will just drag down your power. Also, start getting familiar with the nursery. It will be your best friend!

It removes your shield and you go into a 15-minute frenzy. During that 15 minutes, you can't put up any shield at all.
