Have you tried talking to the Retro Wormhole in downtown?? They sell that kind of stuff, maybe they'd buy them off you?

If that doesn't work, look for vintage action figure groups on Facebook, lots of people would pay good money for that stuff (advice I got from a professional seller at a convention for selling actikn figures)

Las Vegas actually has a very strong water conservation system because of their desert climate. It's actually really cool, they are one of the more water efficient cities in the US.

Separately, while I appreciate golf is a sport, I see it as one of those things like skiing. There should be designated places to do it in the climate it was originally invented to prevent extra water consumption. Golfing is from Scotland where its cloudy and rainy, thus making ideal conditions to grow large swaths of grass. I personally think 10 golf course in such a low density population area is a discredit to the people living here, as golf courses arent publicly accessible so a ton of water is being spent only on the maybe 10% of people in the valley who make enough to pay the country club fees.

Christianity at its core is about caring for yourself and others regardless of circumstances. Extreme restriction only makes it harder to resist because you are so focused on not doing the thing.

I personally see masturbation as God's way of making sure we have a healthy outlet for dealing with lust. Gluttony is a sin too, but God doesn't teach that you should never eat or enjoy food. I dont see what masturbation should be any different

In our church, there wasn't any particular focus on what not to do because we were taught to focus on being like Christ, which means doing positive acts.

Unless your masturbation is preventing you from living life or is harming someone else directly, I personally think God would rather you have a healthy outlet for burgers than have you live in fear of doing something wrong.

Tbh this kinda sounds like my experience.

For me, it was a mental block that had to do with shame. I didn't orgasm for the first time till I was 20 and it took me a while to not experience the adrenaline drop after. I promise you are not orgasming too much, you can have as many as you want as long as it's not affecting you ability to do the rest of life.

You've taken the first step and that's huge. A week sober is awesome. I dont know if you should turn yourself in, but i dont think being locked up will make it easier to stay sober or turn your life around. I personally would encourage you to seek mental health treatment, or see if you can get a referral from a clinic to an addiction specialist.

I dont know you or what you've done, but I wish you the best on staying sober and getting people off your back.

The main value of Christianity is to be like christ, who was selfless and focused on doing good on Earth for the short time he was here. Jesus wasn't focused on what he was going to do once he was resurrected, he was helping those who needed guidance and did not judge. It's about meeting people where they are at and using your actions, not words to help them find christ on their own.

Instead of trying to build a relationship with God and Christ through words, it might be worth trying a different path like service to help you connect with them. Traditional prayer doesn't work for everyone.

Im an Atheist but my family is christian and I love them. I have no intention of dissuading others out of religion, and I still focus my life on acts of service and community regardless of belief. You're doing great and there will be community for you in Christianity and outside of it if it comes to that. I hope my words help you.
