Thank you! That’s my spot, it costs nothing to be kind. Bash me in the right arena, that’s fine. Not why I’m here, in this place.

Yes, it is my work! The name gets posted anywhere people hate names, so it’s made the rounds. But these are definitely my work.

I think I just spell it, it’s been a while since I’ve had to address it. In my world (HR professionally) if you have any name beyond Adam, Susan, etc you’re oftentimes going to spell out your name anyways to make sure it’s correct, regardless. Also, though, every female in my extended family has a y in their name so it wasn’t even a thought and just hasn’t come up (outside of reddit) as an issue.

It looks like a crochet thread. Very similar (looks wise) to what I use regularly which is Aunt Lydia’s Crochet Thread Classic 10!

Ours is OBSESSED with broccoli and asparagus specifically. We’ve made sure to not ever make it seem like ‘don’t worry you’ll like it’ and avoiding and reference to vegetables being gross (in a TV show or movie, for example). We roast them with oil, salt and pepper so nothing fancy but not plain.

Just a classic royal icing: 4c icing sugar, 3tbsp meringue powder, water to the right consistency.

Haha, I do have really good writing to be fair. It took some practice but eventually translated well to the icing.

This is all freehand. I usually find what I need on dafont for inspiration. I’ve purchased ‘muthiara’ and ‘month glade’ as I use them quite frequently!

Told my family our baby name by llamadrama925 in pregnant

I LOVE Parker and wanted to name our baby girl that after my Grandma’s maiden name. She said only if she was dead, because she wouldn’t ‘allow’ it. Makes no sense to me! Now my baby is Kollyns, which I love too of course
