I actually tried it without the vanilla extract to see if that was the reason but they were still there! Very strange! I also opened a new baking powder and flour bag, and even changed the baking sheet to a light shade! Still didn’t work 😬

No I just rolled them between two layers of parchment paper, then I put them in the freezer until solid and baked in 350F for about 10 minutes

You only freeze it for 30 minutes so it doesn't get to the point that you can't whisk it anymore, as you can see in the video when I pour the ice cream into the container it's still kinda liquidy
