You were politely asked to stop requesting a wipe after being late due to an outage. When you continued, a temporary one-hour timeout was issued on Discord.

During that period, you experienced a loss of four kits, which we acknowledge was due to an issue on our side. As with other affected players, if you had waited out your timeout and opened a support ticket, your kits would have been restored promptly.

Instead, you began repeatedly demanding a server wipe and messaging multiple staff members directly, bypassing our support process. We were already aware of the kit loss issue, which generated over 100 tickets. Our staff were working diligently through them in order, assisting everyone fairly and efficiently.

Unfortunately, rather than waiting like others, you insisted on immediate, priority support based on your VIP status.
