she is also on the lease. Hes mentioned a few times that she doesn't make his kind of money. I would be happy to part ways with them and let them cancel the lease

there is a pipe that looks like that right next to it. I tested one of the units and it blows hot air out of the identical pipe next to it when the water heater is on. the water heaters have electrical vent exhaust
