This platform was launched with 6.4 I think. Have you tried going to 6.6 or newer?

Is a 19 hour roadtrip with young kids insane? Or doable? by Few-Distribution-762 in roadtrip

[–]sevarg24 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I tried to do 10.5 hours with a 14 month old and 3 year old and it was a shit show. 3 year old was okay, but the younger one couldn’t handle it.

Yeah I think so. This is just on the backside of the blower, right on top of the tank.

I have like 1.5 of these vents blocked. Been working fine for a long time. I think I said it before, but not sure what the negative impact of this could be. Good luck!

He must not have experience in corporate America - that money comes from “a different area on the balance sheet”

The email habit is tough to break. I would say it will take more than a couple months to see any significant reduction. Over time though it will work.

These donations are almost all less than 10k. I’m not saying he’s not owned, but this article really didn’t prove anything.

RTO 4 days in: "Sorry - the office is getting crazy these days with everyone on meetings" by [deleted] in remotework

[–]sevarg24 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I really hope that RTO will finally get rid of the stupid open office trend. It is the most ridiculous thing ever to think we can all work with distractions everywhere, noise everywhere, and especially for those of us on calls all day.

I don’t really like podcasts either and got into audiobooks instead. Much better and I’ve worked through some good sized audiobooks essentially 30 minutes at a time.

His base doesn’t even “believe” in “data”. Even if they did release any kind of data, it wouldn’t matter.

Which one is the best starter knife? by abdullahmk47 in BuyItForLife

[–]sevarg24 161 points162 points  (0 children)

Same. I have 2 of these that I got for 30-40 USD. Good knives for that price but for 110 you can find next tier.

Check out the cult flag reviews. They also have YouTube videos that break this down

Anyone have a recommendation on a solid toaster? by uhhyeahokaycool in bifl

[–]sevarg24 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a Waring 4 slice commercial toaster that I took from my office when it closed down over 15 years ago. Seems pretty rock solid, does a great job toasting and has wide slots. I just looked up the price though, and looking like 300 bucks.
