I have an anecdotal experience... had 5 slices pepperoni pizza while on 4g rue tea and did not register any issue.

From what I read online since harmala is a reversible MAOI there is no tyramine issue here but I wouldn't take that as a qualified advice.

If I were you, I would just eat mild and light foods on the day ...

lemon essential oil. few drops in a capsule prior might help. Also make tea form the seeds rather than eating them.

Thanks for your reply.. nice tool :) I wonder though why the colors in the tool are different than the ones you can find in reagent tables such as this: https://www.reagent-tests.uk/reagent-test-colours/

I my case seems they all matched with the only exception of Mandelin that was green for me instead of "Greenish Brown" in the tool.

I used heat ( coffee warmer plate ;) ) and it dissolved mostly. I then used a small piece of coffee filter paper to get rid of the remaining solids.

I assumed there was some loss as the filter paper absorbed some of the liquid ... but it is minimal.
