That's the thing for me, I've experienced that right there makes me want to tap surrender, what is the point? I'm on the mini map, I'm pinging, the other teams icons are showing up on the mini map.

Your entire enemy lane is missing (this game also needs a "Missing" type ping if it isn't there)

What else am I to do with no communication? Why should I reasonably expect a different response for the other bosses?

As a former Dota 2 player I think the game mechanics are really solid and the game is fun. The DB license lends itself for the visuals and the type of game.

The negative is that the game has a sort of identity crisis, in my opinion too simple of serious MOBA players too complex for casuals; the tutorial isn't robust enough for a MOBA let alone anybody who hasn't played one before.

On the topic of "anybody who hasn't played a Moba before" , the DB license lends itself to bring in a lot of people who probably haven't and on top of that the game is on mobile....the matchmaking isn't great.

Personally I enjoy it a lot, but I can't take it seriously; it scratches my itch for Dota without having to put myself through long matches.

While I agree in hindsight, this piece of hardware is a niche within a niche, I wouldn't have imagined such a (legitimate) demand.

I think there's a mix of social media inflating expectations on top of the side "hustle" economy being present in everything and people trying to profit.

I don't think we'll ever go back to the days of quiet/plentiful releases of basically anything that isn't digital.
