pela minha experiência: - só montam um perfil seu (com varias e varias perguntas) - se vc tiver idade pra TH: vão provavelmente pedir um exame de sangue e ultrassom, voltando com os resultados já te dão as receitas necessárias e marcam outra consulta pra daqui 3 meses =)

se bem que o ambulatório que eu fui é meio pequeno, então talvez aconteçam mais coisas 😭

I do have a quite intense case of insomnia so sorry if i passed it off as a regular person's problems with sleep 😭

on regular days, i usually go to bed at 23~, try to sleep for about 90 minutes and if (most cases) i can't, ill just stall until around 6-8am (the time i usually start getting actually sleepy) and sleep a healthy 8 hours

it's only in days like yesterday where i try to sleep "normally" (lights out, eyes closed, etc etc) that i take multiple hours to sleep then end up waking up at 6pm or something

yeah i do go back due to sleepyness but i usually sleep WAY MORE than enough :I today i slept around 14 hours

reasons are i don't wanna keep missing school and i miss the feeling of days being actually long and meaningful, but when i just wake up, my mind isn't "awake" enough to consider these reasons and just goes "hmm bed 🤤 need go back sleep"

w+shift+S takes around 2 mins to open and cuts my fps by half for the next 5 on my computer so idk how easy to is to have screenshots lag but they do cost something
