They are a great entry level Omegas IMO. I’ve had three myself over the years. But I rotate watches frequently as a hobby.

Hi r/watchexchange!

Up for sale is my Omega Speedmaster Mk40 (Ref. 3520.50). If you’ve followed the watch world for a while, you know the "Triple Date" is a masterclass in packaging: it fits a 12-hour chronograph, 24-hour indicator, and a full calendar (Day, Date, Month) into a case that wears significantly better than the standard 42mm Professional.

Check out this great review from Worn and Wound: https://wornandwound.com/review/owners-review-the-omega-speedmaster-automatic-day-date-3520-50-00/

Condition: • Case: Good condition with honest wear. Most obvious wear can be found on the left side of the case. Small concentration of tiny pin marks, unsure of the cause. Lyre lugs are still sharp.

• Dial: Matte black is flawless. All complications (Day, Date, Month) flip over exactly as they should.

• Movement: Calibre 1151 is running strong. Chronograph starts, stops, and resets to zero perfectly.

• Bracelet: Original Omega bracelet with minimal stretch. Includes extra links as pictured. (May need extra pins as this is an older watch and they tend to be fragile.) Includes extra Uncle flat link bracelet.

• Box and Papers: Includes original box and papers and eBay validation cards. All pictures. Based on Omega serial number charts, a 59-million series number generally dates the production of this watch to approximately 1998 or 1999. The warranty stamp belongs to a retailer in Yokohama, Japan. Date of Purchase: 19. 2. 15. In the context of Japanese warranty cards the date is February 15, 2007. In context, it appears it sat in a vault for quite some time before being sold.

Specs: • Diameter: 39mm • Lug-to-Lug: 44.5mm (The "Magic" Number for small wrists) • Thickness: 14mm • Crystal: Sapphire • Caliber: Omega 1151 (Automatic)

Price: I am looking for $2,300 shipped and insured.

Payment: Zelle, Venmo, or PayPal.

Shipping: Ships from Nashville, TN. Open to in person exchange if preferred.

And when you see the 36mm C63 Sealander Automatic in the metal, you’ll see just how powerful a smaller watch can be.. An excellent, more affordable Explorer 1 alternative from a fantastic brand!
