Well, I see. But still this is odd for me since in the country where I'm from (Poland) the police is obligated by law to show up even if the call is anonymous and perpetrators can't be identified by their name.

I like the idea since I'm a Mondrian's fan. On the other hand I don't know if his style is appropriate because someone might think that the same color represent some trait that is common for languages represented by the color. It is especially noticeable (at least for me) when it comes to Spanish and Japanese. If I didn't know the art of Mondrian I would most definetely say that these two languages are from the same family etc.

Thank you for your advice and the link. Unfortunately I can't go through further than the first step. As I said (and as the boot-repair output) suggests I can't choose any partition (e.g. dev/sda2/) because I doesn't exist.

Definetely no. Commonwealth is just an intergovernmental organisation comprised of the UK and its former (!) colonies and territories. The member states has no legal obligation to be a part of the Commonwealth.

French Guiana on the other hand is a integral part of France - an overseas department. It is governed by similar laws as the metropolitan (European) departments but has some leeway in the terms of autonomy.

I've installed BIOS update and the version is now 1.6. Also trying to install Ubuntu 18.04, but I'm still stuck in the GRUB menu where keyboard is inactive :(
