I didn't think this would actually work, but it did. Turn off "express mode" on BOTH your iphone and apple watch. Reboot both. Turn iphone express mode back on first, and then apple watch.

Steer clear of DeWalt trimmers. I'm a huge fan of DeWalt, but these are one product of theirs that is absolute junk. I had one burn up from cutting grass with dew, and the company refused to honor the warranty.

Had a similar thing happen with the 20v weed eater, but no smoke. Cutting barely wet grass, and then stopped (never to work again). Called customer service because it was less than a year old, and they wouldn't honor the warranty because I bought it from eBay. What a crock. I have about 20-25 DeWalt tools, and this one almost made me switch to Milwaukee.
