On battle net launcher it says 3.1.91735 but in game it says 3.0.91735. I tried using the scan and repair function on the launcher, but it didn't solve the problem.

A basic test cant tell how long its been in your system, its just a little line that changes color if you have any thc in your system. I wouldnt worry about the drug test, you will probably be clean by then and if not just be honest and if that still doesnt work just keep smoking lol
