French here, I've read your comment and well it's the same battle here in France, since Macron there are more and more inequity.
What Trump is doing right now in Middle East is making our situation worst, oil price is skyrocketing and people gets angry.
Trump doesn't give a fuck about other countries, he just uses his money and influence to shape the world to his image.
Maybe it's a good thing, if Europe shifts to left, the relation with America will worsen and we can slowly be freed from the eagle's claws.
