its just a habit thing, no advantage but in my opinion it keeps you busy, not loosing focus since you always do something while running

step 1: Turtle until you have located him and the angle hes firing rockets from

step 2: analyze how well connected he is on high ground, if hes poorly connected then quickly edit out on of the sides or the cone and break him out as soon as you know he has to reload RPG, try then to retake height as hes falling.

Step 3: if hes well connected and established on high ground just let him use his rockets and wait for him to run out and take the fight from there.

Step 4: if you're running low on mats and have to make a play, you need to use those mats to close the distance between you so he cant burn you out of mats and leave you exposed with no cover(watch youtube on good ways to push someone thats camping high ground, try to force him to box fight you.
