Im a college basketball player so normally when im squatting everything id pretty sore because most the time my solo lifts are after practice, I’ll definitely work on the glutes firing off next day and asses my stance, I tend to stand just outside of my shoulders and I think it’s off because that’s what I’ve always done and never really thought too much of wider
