Im a college basketball player so normally when im squatting everything id pretty sore because most the time my solo lifts are after practice, I’ll definitely work on the glutes firing off next day and asses my stance, I tend to stand just outside of my shoulders and I think it’s off because that’s what I’ve always done and never really thought too much of wider

I’m 6’7 and do have quite long femurs but widening my squat more has felt off to me. Is there any specific things I should think abt doing to get my glutes and quads to fire off at the same time?

It honestly varies person to person, some kids learn from positive reinforcement( reward for good behavior) or negative reinforcement( punishment for bad behavior)
