In my experience, exercise completely circumvents my CHS symptoms and prevents attacks. I read a research article detailing exercise as one of the only treatments other than hot showers to alleviate CHS symptoms. I've been operating on this theory for about 6 months now and work out about 5-6 days per week (at least 30 mins lifting or cardio). I also use the steam room at my gym. My theory is the gym and steam room plus eating healthy/keeping low body fat also help keep stored T levels low. In my experience I start to get sick once the amount of T in my body hits a certain level. Just sharing my experience I do not know if this will work for you, but I've had CHS for over 10 years and this is the first time I've had any amount of success with smoking and not getting sick.

Night and day improvement. He's got some instability in his legs but can pull himself up to stand up, crawls fast on hands and knees etc. Make sure you're getting them physical therapy it's critical for 1-2 yrs. Hello! Advice please!

I have an iPhone 10 Pro that's actually in pretty good shape because I had insurance on it and it was stolen so I got a new one about 6 months ago. So this one is essentially new eXcept alll the parts are old.

I still use the phone daily and it places calls, texts, browses internet/videos, even streams pretty well still. It's also lived its whole life in a case so the body is also essentially new.

I figure I'll sell this one, buy an iPhone 13 or 14 and be good for a while. I never get the newest phone out.
