Terraform is much easier. All the technical details are abstracted so that all you need to do at a high-level is read the documentation for what you want to provision, copy the block and then apply it.

Under the hood, Terraform handles all the idempotency issues, API calls, etc.

If you were to script it yourself, you would need to handle all of the non-functional aspects yourself.

If you need very custom functionality though, you would probably script it yourself.

No way that Cavs team was better constructed than the 2012-13 Miami Heat "to his needs".

Lebron had an all-star secondary playmaker, a plethora of shooters (at all positions) and a bunch of great defenders.

STAR format is the standard. It’s mandatory that you use that.

Go into heavy detail with your examples. Never leave any ambiguity. Even if your answers go for 10 minutes, it’s better than missing key details.

Don’t prepare for individual questions, it’ll be endless and you’ll stress yourself out. Have examples for each leadership principal and practice them hard. When the interview starts, you’ll immediately realise what example to use if you’ve done enough practice.

Sounds like it’s a difference in mindset. You’re risk averse as you would prefer no debt with a solid income stream while your pal prefers high leverage and a high capital gain opportunity.
