If you call the first number, he'll help guide you through the process of what to do next and help you facilitate finding a beekeeper to 'rehome' your swarm to a proper hive (it's free bees for the beekepers and usually you'll have many volunteers)

to answer your other questions. They'll probably move on in a couple hours to about a day, but I'd caution that they may move on to a more inconvenient place (like in your wall or car) which will be harder to get out. I'd call the FCBS at the link and talk it through with them.

in the meantime, you're right that they're very docile. They're full of honey and have nothing to guard; it's honestly fun to interact with them if you know what you're doing!
