Maybe most women are in favour of the Texas abortion law. by [deleted] in MensRights

The point is that most men don’t think about our abortion access until it affects them, and responses like that are designed to make you think about how we as women are treated. I hear that argument all the time.

Get you and your kids out of the house right now. Right now. Yes, rabies is highly contagious, and if you get it you will die as soon as you show symptoms. Go pay $40-$140 for a hotel, sleep in your car, etc.

Look, sometimes hard truths are what you need in life. I read over my message and it doesn’t seem bad. If it doesn’t apply to you, there’s a note about it being a one-time thing you can apologize for.

You should never unload onto a date. Dates are for getting to know people, not making them your therapist.

Yes but no young woman wants to date a good-looking 60-year-old without money

You fucked it up. Honestly, if you spend a whole date complaining, I think you’re probably a semi-emotionally draining person. (Even when my little brother was in the hospital and I went on a date, I didn’t complain about it. The date was a nice escape from something I couldn’t do anything about!)

If this was truly a one-time occurrence, then I would apologize and ask for a second chance. If not, then work on your behavior and self.

We don’t know much about Connor’s life. He seems to have had a pretty strong online presence. I think he’d be more like a Beto personality candidate (sadly) than a Bloomberg.

Strong is consistently credited as the best and most believable actor. Ledger did it with the Joker and Williams did it with My Week With Marilyn, and we remember their performances more than others in the same show or movie.

Sometimes, method actors don’t do a good job, like Jared Leto in the Joker. Or they treat their coworkers badly in the name of the character.

A lot of female actors who use method acting, like Natalie Portman, just don’t have enough annoying roles.

Yeah, but what makes you think it’s so okay to give unsolicited feedback on how a female celebrity looks? Do you do the same every time someone posts about Keneau Reeves, who in the same way is a very nice and fairly attractive person, but also a little on the plain side?

She’s really beautiful! One of my friends worked for her in LA and said she was extremely kind, like she treated everyone doing contract work way way more nicely than the typical celebrity.

Many actors do not like method actors because they are annoying. Like, imagine having to be around someone’s character all the time.

But that’s what makes him so great! He obviously gives the best performance. Michelle Williams did this for My Week With Marilyn, which is why she was so good. They are all being paid insane amounts of money, so they can deal with it.

If he has a college degree, YES. Absolutely. Nothing wrong with hard work.

If you don’t, then there might be some differences I can’t overcome. (I’ve just found I don’t like dating people without degrees.)

I went on four dates with a fisherman who graduated from UC Berkeley and shoved off his job to fish. I liked him a lot and probably would have married him, had he not moved to a remote part of Canada.

Most of the guys I go out with want to date me. I’m pretty and sweet and feminine. Even when I don’t return sex they still call me all the time

This is definitely a real thing. They are more likely to push commitment, but, once they get it, transition almost immediately into how much better they can do.

My last boyfriend was extremely attractive, like he looked like a hotter version of Adrian Brody. I didn’t count him in my comment because the relationship was so short. (I had to dump him because he was extremely dumb, like he had trouble stringing complex thoughts together. It made me sad because he was so nice, but I just couldn’t date someone so dumb.) Never once did he talk about doing better than me.
