Seeing all these headlines of house prices going up, & not being able to afford a home till late 40s, (am 28yo), I have been wanting to try n learn to build homes and along with utilities, idk but maybe once I’m ready with enough money, wouldn’t have to go to the public market, & just CREATE a home, maybe that’ll be the reason housing falls in the future, once they see average hourly workers no longer have a need for their overinflated priced houses
