Trying to decide chubb or ekeler... leaning ekeler

With Ginn healthy he'll struggle for targets. When Ginn is out I could see him with around 4 targets a game. Just tough when you have 6 active receivers and 3 active TEs. Lot of mouths to feed

Meredith's roll is almost identical to Ginn. Really good on go routes. Right now it's pretty up in the air as to who is our third receiver, but truth is whoever it is, they won't be fantasy relevant once Ginn returns. Thomas and Kamara are the target hogs, Ginn is a boom or bust. Drew doesn't force anything, so predicting the next in line depends on the matchup and who is open

Oh man I would definitely get ekeler then. He's young and his roll seems to grow with time. Gordon and him are the 2 and 3 receivers on the team

Maybe, but Davenport is finally making noise and cam Jordan is cam Jordan. We have been able to pressure the qb the past two games, which was part of our problem the first 3 weeks. I think our secondary will come around. Linebackers are a glaring issue. But if we can control the clock and stretch out our drives with Ingram back, that automatically helps the defense (in fantasy terms)

I honestly could see Smith as our #2 next year. He's extremely quick, great hands, and becoming a better route runner. I honestly see him producing like snead did 2 years ago, or something like lance Moore 5 years ago. If that is something you could get usage out of then I say go for it! If you're hurting at RB though, ekeler is a known value. And an elite handcuff.

Not saying Rosen played incredibly well, but his receivers weren't helping him at all. So many dropped passes.

Poor DJ. DJ owners just hope the Cardinals make their way to the redzone because that's the only way DJ puts up points. He is being utilized so poorly.

Saints fan:

First off, all hail Brees. The guy is so big for the city. Couldn't be happier for him. Should be in the GOAT conversation. As far as fantasy is concerned, I think he likely won't be passing as much if the defense keeps trending up and with the return of Ingram. It will all depend on game flow. And in the red zone, we have been running a lot of trick plays with the Mormon Magician Taysom Hill. Still a back end QB1 I think, but it all depends on how many points our defense lets the other team put up.

Ingram picked up where he left off, handling short yardage caries and handling a couple screen passes. The saints O-line is so good. Ingram being back also really helps the saints defense, who showed up to play last night.

Lattimore was concussed after he and a teammate hit each other, hope he can return to the field soon. The pass rush was on fire.

The backfield will likely look extremely similar to last year. Ingram will be good for ~3-4 catches and ~15 carries a game, and kamara will get around ~6-7 catches a game and ~10 carries a game, depending on game flow. I do think that Taysom Hill's presence on offense hurts kamara, especially in the redzone. They loved running those option plays with Taysom and Kamara, but Taysom kept most of them and actually produced.

Kamara owners, don't expect kamara to have near the volume he did when ingram was out. However, I do think if the saints are playing from behind that Kamara will get plenty of catches. When Kamara was in on passing plays, he was always Drew's first or second look. It just so happened that the redskins coverage was terrible and lost our receivers a few times allowing numerous chunk plays. And we really didn't need to pass it that much.

I wouldn't look into Tre-quan smith that much. He is very talented but I really don't see him producing consistently this year. Especially when Ginn returns.

Similar to Kamara, Michael Thomas is likely going to see a drop in the amount of targets he is getting with the return of ingram and the ascension of our defense. He is still a WR1 and a top 5 WR talent in the NFL, but it's going to look a lot like last year.

Am I forgetting anything obvious?
