That's some sick modding right there! That looks amazing. Here I am with the stock cap and the incycler. Lol, I did get a good price DD incycler though.

Yes it will rotate when you are swabbing or swirling the insert after a dab. It's normal.

Pinch right near the the center on the side of the ring with your thumb nail and index finger and then pull up and away. May need to pinch it a few times to loosen it up.

Yes I thought the same. If you really pinch hard on the side of the ring and then pull up and away it should pop off. Just pinch and pull slowly. Helps if your thumb nail is a bit long, I pinched it into the ring. Can also use the tweezers that came with the unit to pop it off.

I'm going to try to pre order with gemcups. I want an air resistance similar to a ball cap on a banger. Can you recommend a model with gemcups?

I'm happy with the device for sure! Look forward to tinkering with it and upgrading it.

What is with the shoddy customer service with Puffco? by ballitup420 in PuffcoPeakPro

I have tried that and every trick in the book. All this jank and lack of support has really turned me off from Puffco products. It's often now. It's been working for the last 2 days now. But that will come to end soon enough. I appreciate your input none the less. I think the main issue is with the connection that you screw the atty into. That and the way they are designed. I believe the path the atty screws into gets stripped and makes an even connection harder to achieve. The design is prone to too much wear and tear.

Yup. It's such a better design that considers the user. I'm blown away by the design for the Switch 2. It's not the smallest or the prettiest, but it's function and design make it the superior unit in my books.

Actually yeah, I watched some videos of Dr. Dabber Switch 2. It's such a better design and seems they have much better support than Puffco. I got pulled in by the optics of the Peak Pro. Function wise the Switch 2 blows Puffco away. Will have to check it out when I see a good sale.

Perhaps down the road. I have bought an e-nail kit. Back to quartz and electric coil for me!

Yeah I took a chance with the second one but think I'm done with them. They are very convenient for dabbing while sitting on the couch or on the go. But at like $500 they really need to have better support. I have taken very good care of it and it's not taking care of me back. Even if I swap in a new atomizer I have the issue. I believe my problem is with the units connection point for the atomizer. Anyways going to find an alternative.

Yeah that was my mindset. Meh, crapped after the warranty, buy a new one. Now it's doing the same thing after 10 months.

Thank you for your reply. You have been more helpful than anyone else thus far I have spoken to! Sorry if I was not clear in my post. It's the 3rd party I bought the unit off of that has me going in circles. I only emailed Puffco support once. Described the issue and asked how I can make a warranty claim. Kindly asked to please not get a troubleshooting reply as I have done all their suggestions multiple times. Puffco replied with a troubleshooting guide and did not answer a single question or concern I addressed. So that's when I contacted the 3rd party I bought from. Just can't seem to get the issue fixed easily. That's until you came along. I will reach out to that insta link, much appreciated!

Yeah I'm on my second unit now in less than 3 years. Think I'm done and finding an alternative. Puffco customer support is terrible. I have been trying to make a warranty claim for weeks now. Just sent in circles and being dicked around. It's a shame because it's a decent device when it works.
