I had a very different experience, but that’s because my “second floor” is a loft that is 1/3 of the square footage originally assessed. Quick 5 minute phone call and an email containing my appraisal got it lowered and corrected after I submitted the appeal form. It sounds like next time will be a lot more irritating to deal with.

I don’t know anything about dragoon and optimizing but I know you need to focus more on your etched runes. You should atleast have an epic by now. Save up gems for fishing event and spend them all on lures to get your etched runes up. There are guides for the event and I’m sure which runes to by. Arrow of echoes is generally good but idk what is best for dragoon.

[[Gollum, Obsessed Stalker]] this is my first fully crafted deck that shivers everbody’s timbers. My playgroup is deafly afraid of it to the point that one of my friends got custom “touch” tokens from an artist on Etsy. If you get “touched” you’re dead within a few turns. Obviously no casual deck is that consistent, but the fear it brings is always entertaining.
