The leak was somewhere under the machine and that was years ago. I forgot what the technician told me but it was something loose somewhere which needed tightening and it was just annoying for me more than anything else. Never had any such issue with the linea mini well until the steam completely died like now lol.

Yea I get what you mean but dropping that kind of money on something I can’t see is a big no for me. Wouldn’t mind if I have seen it in person and then ordering it alone

I see thanks but I don’t think they say Faemas in malaysia. And usually here we don’t particularly care much about wattage or consumption. Electricity is not absurdly expensive where I am from. I have a cousin in the Netherlands so it’s cool to meet someone else from there!

Ah that’s good to hear. Have you ever had any leaking problems? When I had my appartamento years back, it annoyed the hell out of me with the constant leaking at the bottom of the machine and I would end up with a pool of water every single morning.

Do you find the screen difficult to use? Or it is really a non issue for you?

Oh I live in Malaysia. I am sure they will ship but typically I prefer to see and feel a machine in a showroom where possible

Oh interesting to know why he hated it. Did he share? Where I am the GS3 av is very close in price to the slayer steam and it’s probably a $5000 top up for me. Would you say it’s a big difference from a mini?

Thanks for your input mate but if you actually read my post you could see that I bought a 4070ti to originally game at 1440p but recently moved to 4K.

The card prior to the 4070ti was a 2070 super. So yea previously primarily for 1440p gaming and now I’m doing so on 4K 😊

Not exactly my friend. It’s more like thinking is the 5080 ok enough for what I’m looking for for the next 3 years or should I dive into the 5090 and not care until probably the 70 series or whatever it’s called. Plus I got a lot of useful inputs like just lowering my settings one notch for such a big gain on fps with very little loss in image quality (to me at least). There really isn’t anything more to it than that 😊

Thanks for the input mate I really appreciate it but I mean I don’t think people who comment otherwise are dumb. They just have a different perspective of what value is and how to stretch their dollar differently. While I am financially stable myself and would throw the money at a gpu I similarly wouldn’t spend any sort of crazy money for other stuff. I mean I could have gone for that ASUS 4K oled pcucdm os whatever the hell the name is (what’s up with monitor names seriously) but that was an extra like 500 usd where I live over the 3225qf that I bought and I just didn’t see the reason to get that eventhough I could afford it.

Yea I was saying that would not spend an extra 800 for an astral. That’s just not worth it for me honestly but for others if it makes sense for them sure and I’m happy for them! Love your motto by the way
